Refunds and Returns

- Eligibility for Returns
1.1. Items are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.
1.2. To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- Unboxing video.
- Unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- Tags, labels, and original packaging intact.
- No alterations or damages caused after delivery.
1.3. Items under Custom-Made on the product page are not eligible for return.
2. Process for Returns
2.1. To initiate a return, follow these steps:
- Visit the Returns section on our Website or app.
- Provide your order ID, product details, and reason for return.
- Choose the preferred return method (pickup or drop-off, depending on availability).
2.2. Upon approval, AN SQUARE will arrange for the product to be picked up or guide you on where to send the product.
2.3. Please ensure the product is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
3. Refunds
3.1. Refunds will be processed in the original payment method or as store credit, as per your preference, once the returned product passes quality checks.
3.2. Refund timelines:
- Online payments (UPI, card, net banking, wallets): 7-10 business days.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds will be provided via bank transfer or store credit within 10 business days after return approval.
3.3. Shipping charges and COD fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.
3.4. AN SQUARE reserves the right to deny a refund if the returned product does not meet our return criteria.
4. Exchanges
4.1. Exchanges are allowed for eligible products, subject to availability.
4.2. If the desired size or product is unavailable, a refund will be issued as per our refund policy.
5. Cancellation Policy
5.1. Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. To cancel, contact our customer service team at ansquarebyanushaankam@gmail.com or call us at +91 9392999921.
5.2. If the order is already shipped, you may return it after delivery as per our returns policy.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
6.1. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing ansquarebyanushaankam@gmail.com with your order details and images of the issue.
6.2. AN SQUARE will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
7. Important Notes
7.1. AN SQUARE is not responsible for any item lost or damaged in transit during the return process.
