  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for select pin codes with an additional COD fee, if applicable.
1.2 Payment Security
  • All online transactions are processed through secure payment gateway – Paytm that complies with industry standards, including PCI-DSS.
  • AN SQUARE does not store your payment details, ensuring your financial data remains confidential.
1.3 Order Confirmation
  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. In the case of COD, confirmation is based on availability and verification.
  • You will receive an email and/or SMS with order confirmation details upon successful payment.
1.4 Failed Transactions

2. Shipment Policy

2.1 Shipping Coverage
  • AN SQUARE delivers across India. Delivery to remote locations may be subject to additional time and charges.
  • You can check service availability for your pin code during checkout.
2.2 Shipping Charges
  • Free Shipping: All the orders qualify for free shipping.
2.3 Delivery Timeline
  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 5-7 business days for most locations.
  • Delivery timelines may vary due to factors such as holidays, natural calamities, or courier delays.
2.4 Order Tracking
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.
  • You can track your order through our Website or the courier partner’s website.
2.5 Delivery Attempt
  • For COD orders, ensure someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address.
  • If delivery fails due to unavailability, a second attempt will be made. After multiple failed attempts, the order may be canceled.

3. Important Notes on Shipment

3.1 Handling Delays

While we strive to meet delivery timelines, unforeseen delays may occur due to external factors. In such cases, AN SQUARE will keep you informed via email or SMS.

3.2 Damaged or Missing Items
  • If the package is damaged or items are missing, report the issue within 48 hours of delivery by contacting ansquarebyanushaankam@gmail.com with images and order details.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund, as applicable.
3.3 Undeliverable Packages
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, non-availability, or refusal to accept, the customer may be charged for re-delivery.
3.4 International Shipping

Currently, AN SQUARE only ships within India.
